Web Survey Design

Look and Feel. Working with a Web survey consultant, you can easily choose from hundreds pre-designed styles or we can also create a new look, unique to your organization. We can honor your branding by using your logo and exact color representation.

Content. You may have the content written or you may need some help. We have several resources at our disposal that you may want to leverage.

Pre written surveys – We have 100’s of surveys to choose from. Each survey was written by a subject matter expert and can be used as-is or modified to suit your specific needs.

Question Bank – We have hundreds of tested questions and scales. You can have up to six scales with a maximum of 300 scale choices per scale. Commonly used sales include: Single Response, Multiple Response, Yes/No, True/False, Write-in Responses, Forced Ranking, Fixed Sum, and Horizontal Numerical.

Message Bank – This gives you access to pre-written commonly used notes, Welcome messages, Thank You messages, Web invitations, and more.

Multilingual – We support double-byte languages to handle virtually any language.

Web Survey Implementation

Respondent List. You can send us a list from an external file, a database or your e-mail program. We support up to 200 demographic fields per respondent and there’s no limit to the number of respondents you can have

Sampling. You might want to select a sample if, for example, you have a respondent list with 10,000 people and you want to send a survey to only 500 random people. We support simple complete samples (consisting of everyone in the audience list) as well as more statistical methods, such as Random, Systematic, Cluster, and Stratified sampling.

Delivery. We can send the survey directly to the respondents or drive them to a URL we host. We support four types of Web surveys: HTML-based, form-based, URL/hosted, and text-based. If you want to make the survey private, we can send cover letters or e-mail to your intended audience with a specific URL for the survey. Respondents will have the confidence in knowing that their responses will be returned to us, a third party, and not to their organization.

Web Survey Data Collection

Your Web survey data will be collected and stored on our secure Web servers. Our servers are housed in a large, secure facility and have multiple redundant backups. We guarantee 24x7 availability and extracted data is stored in a high-speed enterprise-strength Microsoft® SQL® Server database.

Web Survey Reports and Analysis

Surveys are conducted to gather data. How you see that data is critical. We offer you a number of simple and advanced reporting and analytic features. We support the following reports and analysis, but we can also create custom reports to suite your exact needs:
