Pearson Accepted as Member of Council of American Survey Research Organizations

Company’s Data Management Group
Processes More Than Two Million Surveys Annually

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Oct. 3, 2007 – The Data Management group of Pearson today announced it has been accepted for membership as a Full-Service Research Company in the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO), the leading trade organization in the marketing and survey research field.

As a full-service research organization, the Data Management group of Pearson processes more than two million surveys each year. Many of the largest Fortune 500 companies, major automobile manufacturers, airline and government agencies rely on Pearson to help them gather reliable, up-to-date feedback that guides their strategic plans, allows them to anticipate trends, and improves their products and services.

Conducting full-service survey research means that Pearson routinely offers or arranges for complete survey research services, including study design, questionnaire preparation, sample design, interviewing, data processing, statistical analysis and report writing in conformity with generally accepted professional standards and with the “CASRO Code of Standards and Ethics for Survey Research.”
