Student demographics – Readily collect essential name, address, age, grade, parent/guardian, emergency, health/immunization, and other demographic information to be stored in your student administration system software.
Attendance – Quickly scan attendance information—by period, weekly, or bi-weekly—to a data file or directly into your student administration system software.
Course requests – Make quick work of student course requests by scanning individual requests into your student administration system package. Save the time and effort required to correct key-entry errors.
Grade reporting – Help ensure that students receive their end-of-course grades in a timely fashion by scanning individual teachers’ class grade reports.

Paper and pencil Data is easily imported into your student administration system. Direct scanning interfaces are part of Pearson School System’s SASI™ student administration software. Many of our business partners also offer built-in interfaces to their student administration software. If you wish, you can build a data file using ScanTools® Plus software and import the data to other student administration software packages.
